Job description Role & responsibilities Prepare and deliver monthly and weekly Financial Packs (Flash Reports) in pre-defined formats with a focus on timeliness and accuracy. Ensure timely closure of audits by coordinating with statutory, internal, and tax auditors, as well as respective department heads. Prepare and present MIS reports in Excel and PowerPoint, both segment-wise and at a consolidated level. Review reconciliation of Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP) with the books and maintain GL-level control. Create and maintain daily operational trackers to monitor and ensure timely execution of financial tasks. Maintain updated Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in coordination with respective functional heads. Supervise and lead the finance team on a daily basis, ensuring process adherence and accountability. Prepare Annual Financial Statements and Management Accounts in compliance with applicable standards. Provide required financial data and documentation for internal, statutory, and tax audits. Ensure secretarial and statutory compliance in coordination with external consultants. Maintain and monitor a compliance and reporting tracker to ensure all deadlines and requirements are met.
