This role will be a combination of service and sales responsibilities, focusing on critical care equipment within government institutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in both technical service and sales, with a strong understanding of the healthcare sector and its requirements. Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality service support for critical care equipment at government institutions across the North Region. Engage with government clients for service and sales opportunities. Demo,Manage installations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and servicing of critical care equipment. Build and maintain strong relationships with government stakeholders and institutions. Ensure timely resolution of service-related issues and provide regular updates to clients. Drive sales and support business development for the company within the government sector. Assist in identifying market opportunities for expanding the companys presence in government accounts. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction. Required Qualifications & Skills: 2 to 3 years of experience in critical care equipment services in government institutions. Strong technical knowledge of critical care equipment, service protocols, and government regulations. Ability to drive sales initiatives and service performance in a government setting. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts simultaneously. Any degree with a focus on healthcare or technical fields is preferred.
