Job description The Advertising Production / BTL Operations Manager will lead and manage end-to-end production and execution of advertising campaigns, with a strong focus on print, fabrication, outdoor hoardings, event materials, and on-site activations. This role requires a seasoned professional with over 10 years of experience in an advertising agency, capable of overseeing multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating cross-functional teams, vendors, and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery within budget. Key Responsibilities Oversee the entire production lifecycle of advertising materials including print, digital prints, hoardings, signage, fabrication, on-site branding and event collateral. Manage vendor relationships for printing, fabrication, logistics, and installation services. Ensure quality control and adherence to brand guidelines and client specifications. Coordinate with creative teams, account managers, and clients to understand project requirements and timelines. Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers and vendors to optimize cost-efficiency. Monitor production schedules and proactively resolve any delays or issues. Prepare detailed project reports, status updates, and post-campaign analyses for senior management and clients. Maintain accurate records of vendor contracts, production schedules, and quality checks. Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for production and operations.
