We are positioned in just the right place for you to build this into an impactful brand with your marketing strategies, for our diverse audience - THT is young, has a clear vision, is currently crafting the brand communication and identity, is led by visionary founders and leadership, and could be one of the most inspiring invitations for a Branding & Marketing Head to lead the brand journey. We are therefore looking for a dynamic Brand & Marketing Head (Full-time, Noida/Delhi) to lead our global brand presence. This isnt just about marketing; its about becoming the custodian of the THT brand, amplifying our voice and vision, and inspiring local and global action towards a regenerative future. We need someone who sees the bigger picture - someone with the drive to deliver exceptional results, potentially build a larger team, set milestones and deliver them within available resources of time and funds. What Youll Be Doing: Amplify Our Story: Build the Brand ethos within and without, ensuring the created THT Brand Communication is amplified in a compelling and consistent manner, everywhere. Lead Strategically: Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies - covering brand building, digital outreach, content, PR, and engaging our crucial stakeholders and partners. Ignite Global Campaigns: Create and run high-impact campaigns that boost awareness and inspire people worldwide to understand our vision and actively participate as needed in different capacities. Drive Digital Innovation: Keep us ahead in the digital space, using new technologies to connect and engage more effectively. Craft Compelling Narratives: Oversee impactful content creation that showcases our work and inspires action, based on the audience, the purpose, and the intention behind the action. Build Relationships: Nurture strong connections with key partners, donors, agencies, and conservation leaders. Measure & Optimise: Track our performance, analyse what works, and continuously improve our strategies. Keep ears to the ground for short feedback loops, and work towards staying updated Manage Resources Wisely: Handle the marketing budget effectively, ensuring we get the most impact from our resources. Team Building & Leadership: To be able to build a team, whose roles and responsibilities, deliverables, goals, and manner of working is aligned to the larger THT Brand ethos and culture Creating Information Flow: Creating and building systems that allow for recording, and organising of each program and project s brand and marketing relation information (words, visual, films, interactions, media coverage) in a way that it can be accessed and used with effectiveness and efficiency. What We Need: As a personality: A genuine, deep-seated passion for wildlife, conservation and/or social good, that allows for long-term commitment to grow the brand. Deep seated values of collaboration, patience, accountability and well being Enjoys building relationships and partnerships across diverse groups. Quantitative skills to handle data and program evaluation including integrating interdisciplinary aspects in programs.
