Roles and Responsibilities Business Development Executives with 2-5 years of relevant experience to join our team in Hyderabad, Warangal & Karimnagar. Candidates should be able to generate new prospective leads and perform closure. Candidates should prepare and share daily sales reports to the head office and the reporting manager. As a Business Development Executive, you will play a critical role in expanding our companys' sales portfolio, with a focus on increasing outreach and conversions in untapped or underdeveloped markets. You will be expected to research target segments, develop market entry strategies, and create pipelines that support the companys revenue objectives. You will work closely with the marketing, operations, and senior sales teams to ensure alignment across lead generation, client acquisition, and service delivery. Manage existing client relationships to increase revenue retention and upselling/cross-selling opportunities. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelors degree in Business Management, Administration , Marketing, B.Com, B.Tech and related fields. Gender : Male & Female . 2-5 years of experience in B2C Sales or related field (e.g., Field Sales, Direct Sales). Strong communication, presentation, negotiation skills and analytical & problem solving skills. Self-driven, organized, and capable of managing sales targets independently. Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and regional development Candidates originally from Hyderabad, Karimnagar, Warangal, or nearby regions are preferred, as familiarity with these areas will support market expansion efforts.
