Job description Role & responsibilities Key Responsibilities: 1. Identifying new clients and convert leads as business. 2. To focus on the acquisition of new clients for Construction, Industrial, Infrastructure and Turnkey contracting business 3. Identify and develop relationships with industry professionals to generate new business opportunities 4. To develop both new and existing accounts and expand business through face-to-face contact and regular site visits with customers as well as marketing 5. To collect and quantify data related to construction projects and approach prospective clients. 6. To be proactively involved and accountable from tendering through project acquisition and entire project handling, depending on the complexity and scale of the project 7. Identify and Track potential business opportunities in Govt. / Public / Private Sector Techno-commercial discussions with clients, consultants, EPC contractors for business development. 8. Provide ongoing progress updates on new business development activities and other key indicators to the management team. 9. Coordinate and assist in the proposal process with marketing and project management teams. 10. Formulation and implementation of marketing Strategies to maximize revenue opportunities/order booking 11. To identify market drivers & strategies as well as to develop and steer sales approaches Preferred candidate profile Desired Profile: Civil Engineering graduate with MBA -excellent Communication & Presentation skill Should have good Market Knowledge on various Construction sectors, EPC Projects , infrastructure projects, Industrial projects, heavy construction, and Design and Built related projects. Positive and professional attitude, and strong customer service skills.
