Job description Role : Strategic Alliances Manager Experience : 3to 5 years Location - Chennai / Bengaluru / Hyderabad About Kuhoo : Kuhoo is a tech-enabled loan platform specifically designed to address the Fnancial needs of students who aspire to dream bi Role Overview : Kuhoo Financial Service is expanding and looking for driven talented individuals to build alliances and partnerships. Our strategic alliance team members work closely with decision makers of the universities, colleges, institutes, test prep centres, study abroad consultants, Ed Techs, and executive education oces. You will be responsible for strategizing and driving the entire GTM (Go-To-Market) strategy of the organization for the given line of business and region. You would explore and develop strategic alliances and would be directly responsible for driving the business. What will you do? 1. You would be required to identify, evaluate, and synergize with strategic partnerships like Test Prep Centres, Study Abroad Consultants, DSAs , University and Colleges to form a MOU that would act as building blocks for the organizations growth. 2. From each MOU to build the successful lead generation ow to create target disbursements from the account 3. You would represent Kuhoo in the territory and would be required to execute all the necessary actions commensurate with the business. 4. Identify, participate, and represent Kuhoo in relevant events . 5. Plan and execute BTL marketing for the region. 6. You would be the point of contact for all the clients, universities, partners, and collaborators. 7. Foster cross-functional collaboration . Must - have 3 years experience in Lead Generation & Channel Sales in the Colleges , Consultancy and Testprep centres . Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoi) Exceptional networking and relationship building skills . Stakeholder management & Negotiation skills . Skill Should - have 1. A prior experience in channel management and Lead generation. 2. Excellent presentation skills . 3. Research & Development skills about the Education Industry 4. Problem solving & Solution oriented Skills. Nice - to - have Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) . Proficient networker & team player A prior experience of working in a start-up or B2B sales . Ready to work in a start-up environment . Qualification Bachelor/masters degree in management Compensation The compensation includes a competitive package.
