Job description Key Responsibilities: Assess credit applications and set customer credit limits based on risk assessment. Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on outstanding payments. Review and approve credit terms in line with company policies. Maintain accurate records of credit limits, payments, and collections. Coordinate with sales and finance teams to resolve disputes and payment delays. Generate MIS reports related to collections, DSO (Days Sales Outstanding), and bad debts. Handle escalation cases and legal recovery processes when necessary. Improve and implement credit control policies and procedures.
