Job description Key Responsibilities: 1. Reporting & Data Management Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales, stock, and distribution performance. Develop customized dashboards and summaries to support business decisions. Maintain and update reports based on stakeholder requirements. 2. ERP & System Operations Operate and maintain entries in ERP (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Tally, etc.) for all transactions. Coordinate with teams to ensure smooth ERP-based documentation and flow. Resolve system-level issues or raise tickets with the IT team as required. 3. Distribution Support (System-Related) Manage computer-based activities for distribution such as invoice generation, order mapping, and shipment tracking. Provide backend MIS support to the distribution/logistics team for timely dispatches and documentation. 4. Invoice & Documentation Generate accurate and timely invoices in the system based on dispatches or orders. Ensure all documents related to billing and dispatch are correctly recorded and stored. 5. Data Analysis & Excel Work Perform advanced Excel tasks like VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Power Query, and data clean-up. Analyze trends in sales, stock using Excel and other tools. Provide actionable insights from data to aid business decisions. 6. Process Improvement & Coordination Work closely with Sales, Operations, Accounts, and IT teams to streamline data flow. Suggest improvements in reporting or system processes to enhance productivity and reduce errors.
