Job description Designation - Business Development Manager Department - Business Development Job Objective: This job involves selling of BIM Services (Architectural Structural, MEP and Infra) at the targeted man hour rate. Activities & Responsibilities: Engineering or Architectural Degree with 10+ years of International Business Development Experience. Post-Graduation in marketing management will be added advantage. Candidate should have US Visa B1 B2 Visa. Minimum 6-7 year Experience in selling of the BIM services in US. Needs to be highly networked in the BIM industry with high level contacts in the VDC community. Must be very strong in New Business Development and posses the ability of account mining by identifying new contacts and opportunities to engage. Strong written, verbal and communication skills (including proposal writing and presentation building) Well-travelled in all the regions of US for Sales/Business Development purpose. Must carry revenue targets based on the KRA assigned. Potential to develop services offerings like Architect, Structural, MEP & Infrastructure. Team player who will build synergies along with the execution teams to deliver the best solutions to the Customers. Experience of attending/participating in International Trade Fares / Exhibitions Optional. Ability to sense / foresee the market trends and the potential threats / opportunities for the Business. Exceptional Negotiation, CRM Skills. Expertise in managing/scheduling international travel with reasonable costs. Minimum 70% travelling is required for this job.
