Job description Job Title: Customs Clearance Key Account Manager Imports (CHA KAM) Location: Sakinaka Department: CHA Import/Export Experience: Minimum 2 years Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients in sea/air import operations. Understand and manage specialized shipments: SEZ, EOU, Inbound/Ex bond, DPD, High Seas, and chemical imports. Supervise import documentation, BOE filing, and ensure compliance with customs regulations (MEIS, RoDTEP, EPCG, ADC NOC, etc.). Coordinate with customs officials, CFS, shipping lines, and internal teams to ensure smooth clearance and timely deliveries. Resolve customs queries and implement client-specific SOPs. Maintain and share MIS reports, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous process improvement. Skills & Competencies: Strong knowledge of Indian customs clearance processes and documentation. Proficiency in ICEGATE, e-Sanchit, and MS Office tools. Excellent communication in English, Hindi, and Marathi. Leadership ability and client servicing mindset. Analytical and detail-oriented with the ability to manage operational timelines. Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline.
