Ltd., a leading manufacturer of eco-friendly cleaning products in Nepal, is seeking an experienced Senior Chemist or Production Manager specializing in oil-based transparent laundry soap. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in the industry, with deep expertise in soap formulation, crutcher operation, and production costing. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage formulations for transparent oil-based laundry soap. Operate and control crutcher operations efficiently. Monitor and manage the entire soap production process. Conduct accurate product costing and optimize production efficiency. Supervise and train production staff to maintain quality and consistency. Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and regulatory standards. Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives. Required Skills and Qualifications: Minimum 10 years of experience in oil-based laundry soap manufacturing. Firm knowledge of transparent soap formulation and process. Strong understanding of crutcher operations and process control. Ability to perform and analyze product costing. Practical knowledge is critical; formal education is secondary. Strong leadership, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Preferred/Additional Advantages: Experience with detergent powder, dish wash cake, or liquid detergent manufacturing.
