Job description We are looking for a Senior Technical Manager to lead our integration development team and define the architecture of our future-state integration products using AWS technologies. This is a strategic and technical leadership role focused on scaling enterprise integrations across ERP and P2P systems. Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Team Management Lead and mentor the current integration team, fostering a culture of technical excellence. Define coding standards, promote development best practices, and manage technical deliverables. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, project managers, and clients. Architecture & Technical Strategy Design scalable, secure, and modular integration frameworks using AWS. Define integration roadmaps and platform vision aligned with business objectives. Ensure high availability, fault tolerance, and observability in all integration designs. Integration Development & Delivery Architect and implement integration solutions across ERP and P2P platforms such as Coupa, Intacct, and NetSuite . Leverage technologies such as REST APIs, OData, Web Services , and others for connectivity. Own data transformation, orchestration, and performance optimization. Required Qualifications: 15+ years of experience designing and delivering enterprise integration solutions. Expertise with AWS technologies : Lambda, S3, Glue, Redshift, Python . Strong experience integrating ERP and procurement systems using APIs and modern protocols. Excellent knowledge of scalable integration frameworks and data pipelines. Strong communication and client management skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with Talend or similar ETL/integration platforms. Background in sourcing and procurement business processes . Consulting or client-facing delivery experience.
