Job description Pioneer Publicity is seeking motivated and dynamic individuals to join our Marketing team as Assistant Manager Marketing and Sr. Executive Marketing. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing outdoor media campaigns while driving business growth through client relationships and sales initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Outdoor Media Planning: Develop effective outdoor media plans for OOH advertising spaces to maximize client reach and engagement. Client Management: Handle a portfolio of corporate and retail clients, ensuring consistent communication and satisfaction. Business Development: Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, prospecting, and networking. Advertising Solutions: Present innovative advertising solutions tailored to clients' marketing needs, ensuring alignment with their goals. Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both new and existing clients to foster business growth. Sales Target Achievement: Drive efforts to meet or exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall growth of the business. Collaboration with Operations Team: Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth execution and implementation of campaigns. Desired Candidate Profile: Qualification: Graduate or Postgraduate degree. Experience: Freshers or 2 to 5 years of experience in marketing, sales, or OOH advertising. Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability in sales, negotiation, and client servicing. Expertise in lead generation, market research, and competitor analysis. Ability to present, influence, and persuade at all levels of the organization. Detail-oriented with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
