Job description Technical Knowledge Understand in depth, the architecture and design of the all-G core network especially 4G and 5G core technology to the extent of being able to install and deploy the platform for customer and partner engagements. End-to-end 2G/3G/4G/5G network technical understanding. 4G and 5G core (including 2G and 3G core) components, architecture, interfaces, protocols and call flows. Deep knowledge on 3GPP release specifications. Knowledge in networking, cloud concepts and edge computing. Job duties include, but are not limited to the following: Provide technical expertise and support to sales team and potential customers. Work closely with sales team to support sales process attending sales meetings, providing technical expertise to help close the deals. o Providing technical expertise and support to the sales team throughout the sales cycle, including customer meetings, solutions presentations, and negotiations. Assessing customer requirements and understanding their business challenges to tailor solutions that align with their goals. o Deep understanding of Arcus Core technologies, architectures, and standards to provide knowledgeable insights and recommendations to customers. o Collaborating with the engineering team to design innovative and effective Arcus Core and other network solutions that meet customer requirements and expectations. Leading the development of comprehensive proposals, including technical solutions, RFI/RFP, compliance sheets, and implantation plans, to address customer needs and win business opportunities. Conducting presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits and capabilities of proposed Blue Arcus solutions to potential customers. Collaborating with sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure alignment between customer requirements, solution offerings and business objectives. Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments related to 4G/5G core technologies to stay informed and provide strategies insights to the sales team. Staying updated on the latest advancements in mobile core technologies, attending conferences and participating in training programs to enhance knowledge and skills. COMPETENCE: BS or MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering or acceptable equivalent. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience. Customer facing role is a plus point. Experience in working for a wireless carrier solution provider is an added advantage Experience in a solution provider environment is highly desired. Experience in putting together commercial proposals and development of business cases an added advantage. Solid background working with Telecom Networks especially 4G and 5G (Core & RAN). Knowledge in end-to-end solution of cellular and WiFi technologies. Knowledge of telecom call-flows. Solid knowledge of customer business processes and frameworks for telecom best practice Excellent knowledge of IP networking and Internet technologies. o Experience with IPv6 is highly desired. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Excellent presentation skills needed. Key Skills: Well knowledgable in 3GPP Releases for 4GC and 5GC, architectures, modules, funtion, features and call flows. Can create solution presentation for clients requirement. Can work woth customer compliances and 3GPP compliances.
