Job description Job Summary: Join our team as a Senior Engineer/ Assistant Manager - Application Engineering and use your engineering skills and Fisher Software to design and select the best product for our clients. You will also prepare and respond to techno-commercial offers and technical queries. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: To coordinate with the sales team or project pursuit to attend to the enquiries from customers and provide them with timely and accurate information. To prepare techno-commercial offers that meet the customers requirements and expectations, as well as the companys standards and policies. To assist the sales team in resolving technical queries and providing them with the necessary support and guidance in both enquiry and post order stage. To obtain and review post order documentation approval from the customer and ensure its compliance with the contract terms and conditions. To maintain a good company image of professionalism, competency, efficiency and concern for customers and representatives. Who You Are: You follow through on commitments and make sure others do the same identify opportunities that benefit the customer, display a can-do attitude in good and bad times. For This Role, You Will Need : Experience in the control valve industry (required). A degree in engineering or related field with hands on knowledge and experience of control valves sizing & selection. Good communication skills and ability to engage with various parts of the business to achieve goals; Good interpersonal and communication skills Awareness of internal and industry standards as related to position responsibility (preferred).
