Job description Assistant Sales Manager / Sr. Sales Executive Company Description :- Reliable Lifts India Pvt Ltd, established in 2009, is a leading manufacturer and service provider of elevators with a focus on modernization and maintenance. Experience -1 to 5+ yrs Role Description:- Develop and implement a successful sales strategy. Research potential customers and create sales presentations. Negotiate contracts with clients. Develop and maintain relationships with clients. Respond to customer inquiries. Monitor sales performance and develop corrective strategies. Remain current on elevator industry trends and developments. Attend industry events and trade shows. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction. Provide customer feedback to management. Work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. Able to do SWOT analysis in work planning and implementing. Able to handle team as well as individual sales target. Develop relationships with potential customers, including architects, developers, contractors and others to promote and sell the company's products Provide sales presentations and educate customers on the company's products. Prepare bids and contracts for customers. Follow-up on customer inquiries and orders. Monitor industry trends, pricing, and competition. Maintain a current knowledge of product specifications and installation requirements. Develop and implement sales strategies to reach sales goals. Develop relationships with potential customers, including architects, developers, contractors and others to promote and sell the company's products. Qualifications:- Bachelors in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic Engineering or in any related core discipline.
