About the Role & Team Urban Company is India business is divided into three large verticals with several core categories within these verticals. Each category has an independent user offering and supply pool and is led by a business head. We are seeking a highly motivated and intent-driven Field Operations Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will take full ownership of identifying the right professional partners in high-potential areas, executing targeted local marketing activities, and exploring innovative ways to automate and generate the partner leads. Vertical Cleaning Sub-Vertical Location/s Insta-Help Delhi, Mumbai, Hyderabad & Bengaluru Key Responsibilities: Identify high-footfall zones and potential target areas for outreach. Onboard and train professional partners for the new business line. Drive local partnerships and collaborations to boost visibility and walk-ins. Execute on-ground campaigns and monitor their effectiveness. Explore opportunities to improve automation and operational efficiency. Track performance metrics and continuously optimize for better results. What We're Looking For: 6 months to 3 years of experience in field operations, on-ground marketing, or field sales. Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and a results-oriented mindset. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Previous experience in BTL marketing, local outreach, or similar roles is an advantage.
