Job description JD Control Tower Monitor end-to-end last mile operations (delivery attempts, RTOs, NDRs, Pendency etc.) through control tower dashboards. Ensure real-time visibility of shipment status across all delivery partners and Regions. Track SLA adherence and take immediate action to prevent service breaches. Identify and resolve delivery exceptions proactively (e.g., undelivered shipments, fake OFDs, delay reasons). Analyse performance metrics such as delivery success rate, fake delivery attempt rate, RTO %, and on-time delivery. Share daily/weekly MIS and reports with actionable insights. Identify operational gaps and suggest process improvements for better service quality. Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring failures or low-performance regions. Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure seamless execution.
