Job description Roles and Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote banking products and services. Identify customer needs and provide personalized solutions through effective communication. Meet daily/weekly targets set by the management team. Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software. Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals. Desired Candidate Profile 0-1 year of experience in telecalling or related field (freshers welcome). Excellent communication skills. Strong convincing power to convert leads into purchase. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Basic knowledge of computer applications.
