Job description We are having an opening for the position of Logistics Executive at Inlead Electronics Pvt Ltd. Designation: Logistics Executive Immediate Joiner will be highly preferred. Experience, Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree with 1-3 yrs experience in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field is often preferred. Deep understanding of logistics and supply chain principles, including inventory management, transportation modes, warehousing practices, and procurement processes. Proficiency in using logistics and supply chain software, such as Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and Transportation Management Systems (TMS). Strong analytical skills to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions for optimizing logistics processes. Negotiating with suppliers, carriers, and other partners to secure favorable terms and agreements Job Profile: 1. Supply Chain Management: Oversee the entire supply chain process, from procurement of materials or products to the distribution of finished goods. 2. Inventory Control: Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels, minimize carrying costs, and prevent stockouts. 3. Transportation Management: Plan and coordinate transportation and logistics services, including choosing the appropriate transportation modes and carriers. 4. Warehouse Management: Supervise warehouse operations, including storage, picking, packing, and shipping processes. 5. Cost Management: Monitor and control logistics costs, identifying opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvement. 6. Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulations, customs requirements, and safety standards in logistics and transportation. 7. Performance Metrics: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the efficiency and effectiveness of logistics operations. 8. Supplier Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, carriers, and logistics partners. 9. Continuous Improvement: Continuously seek opportunities to optimize logistics processes and implement best practices.
