Job Title: B2B Sales Caps and Closures Job Responsibilities: Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities in assigned territory or sector. Manage and grow key accounts by understanding customer needs and delivering tailored solutions. Promote plastic and aluminium caps and closures products across industries such as beverage, edible oil, automotive, and chemicals. Conduct technical discussions with customers in coordination with the R&D and product development teams. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close high-value deals while maintaining profitability. Forecast sales, monitor market trends, and prepare periodic sales reports. Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and customer meetings to enhance brand visibility. Collaborate closely with internal teams including Supply Chain, Technical, and Quality – to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery.
