Prior Real Estate work experience preferred but not mandatory. Good technical & communication skills, both written and verbal. RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible of all electrical work of construction site. Electrical system-installation and commissioning -Transformer. DG, HT< panels and Tray works. Cable laying LT/HT & testing. Submain cabling electrical shaft, Internal wiring & switch plate fixing, Solar system for electrical, HVAC system- lift & staircase pressurization system. STP, WTP and FPR ducting system. Telephone-Raceway works, intercom system and CCTV.
