Job description Role & responsibilities Perform technical and commercial evaluation of vendor bids for various electrical packages Prepare key Single Line Diagrams (SLDs), schematic and layout drawings Select control and protection schemes based on project requirements Electrical sizing and specification of equipment such as transformers, switchgears, GCBs, bus ducts, DG sets, UPS, and DC systems Lead and mentor the electrical design team throughout the project lifecycle Preferred candidate profile B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering 515 years of hands-on experience in electrical design engineering Strong background in high voltage system design, including switchyards and power distribution Proficient in equipment specification preparation, tender evaluation, and drawing review Skilled in power system studies, earthing and lighting calculations, cable routing, and substation layouts Must have experience in Power Plant or Oil & Gas sector Familiarity with international electrical codes and standards Strong leadership and team management skills Immediate joiners will be given preference.
