Job description Provide technical support to customers via phone email or chat. Diagnose and resolve technical problems related to network connectivity. Conduct remote troubleshooting sessions to assist customers with installation, configuration and troubleshooting. Required Candidate profile CCNA/CCNP-Certified. Experience in customer support preferable. Indepth knowledge of Networking. Strong understanding of routing protocol and switching technologies. Graduates with good comms.
