Job description Compliance and Program Management : Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and provide program management support to stakeholders. Policy and Strategy Advice : Provide strategic advice on policy and planning matters related to road projects. New Project Preparation and Monitoring : Prioritize corridors under the Master Plan and NH(O) for award based on various assessments for project appraisal, track pre-construction activities, and monitor land acquisition for high-speed corridors. Support alignment finalization and prepare proposal presentations for appraisal/approval. Financial Planning and Project Management: Monitor and report on expenditure of National Highways (NHs) across various schemes, including project and non-project expenditure, and track Bank of Sanctions (BOS). Develop and finalize asset monetization strategies for NHs, and support the identification of stretches for monetization and setting up Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs). Desirable Candidate: Delivery-focused: Proven track record of delivering client-assigned tasks within tight deadlines. Proactive : Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Stakeholder Management : Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Technical Skills : Project Management, Experience in Road sector preferably National Highways, Basic knowledge of software like Q-GIS and experience in PMU role will be preferred.
