Job description We at Vandhana Poly Plast (Prop. Vandhana International Pvt. Ltd.) are presently looking to hire a dynamic, young, professional for our Marketing, Sales and Business Development Department. Role & responsibilities Supporting the implementation of the Pan India strategy for market development and assigned product lines. Drive new opportunities for growth through customer interactions and presentations. Visiting customers and ensure orders are coming in a timely manner. Following up on outstanding payments and short payments Ensuring all outstanding and short payments are received by the Company as per the agreed payment terms with clients and customers. Checking received Purchase Orders to ensure they are in line with the rates agreed to with the client and customers. Understanding customer/ client concerns and complaints, if any, and visit them to resolve the same. Responsible for gathering and analysing local market trends and understanding products available for consumers in the market. Conducting market research studies to understand prospective /new products and clients for business development. Responsible for the creation and coordination of marketing activities (PR, website, email communications, sample and promotional programs, tradeshows/events). Supporting all commercial marketing activities for new product developments with the Customers. Support Quality Team in Review of Concerns/Complaints raised by Customers, if any.
