Job description Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to expand our network of corporate clients and partners for our B2B Events. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with key decision-makers, and securing sponsorships and partnerships for our industry-focused events. Key Responsibilities: New Client Acquisition: Identify, approach, and convert potential clients and corporate partners who can participate in or sponsor our B2B events. Lead Generation & Outreach: Develop and execute strategies to generate leads through cold calling, networking, LinkedIn, and industry research. Sales & Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth by selling sponsorship packages, exhibitor opportunities, and delegate passes. Partnership Development: Build long-term partnerships with corporates, associations, and key industry stakeholders to enhance event value. Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends, and potential business prospects to create targeted sales strategies. Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and upselling opportunities. Key Skills & Competencies: Strong experience in B2B sales, corporate relationships, and sponsorship sales. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with decision-makers and industry leaders. Proactive approach with a target-driven and results-oriented mindset. Familiarity with corporate events, exhibitions, and conference sponsorships. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors/Masters degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Experience in Media, Conferences, Events, or B2B Sales is a plus Why Join Elets Technomedia?
