TrueCV reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or engage in misuse.

When you upload your resume to TrueCV, our system analyzes it using AI-based algorithms to calculate an ATS (Applicant Tracking System) score. This score is an indicative measure of how well your resume matches standard job descriptions and formats used by recruiters. It is not a guarantee of job success or interview shortlisting.
TrueCV offers both free and paid services. Payments are securely processed via authorized payment gateways. All prices and offers are subject to change without prior notice.
Refund requests, where applicable, must be made within 7 working days of purchase. Refund eligibility will depend on service utilization. Digital services (such as resume review or ATS evaluation reports) are considered delivered once generated and are non-refundable. Refunds will be processed via the same payment mode used during purchase.
All content on TrueCV, including text, software, design, graphics, logos, icons, and images, is the property of VLS Technology Pvt. Ltd. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the platform without written permission.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ambala, Haryana.
