Senior Manager Finance and Accounts

Job description We are looking for a Senior Manager Finance & Accounts to join our team and lead key financial operations with precision and insight. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end financial reporting, compliance, and team management. Experience: 2-3 years Qualification: CA inter(Drop out) Key Responsibilities: Prepare monthly financial statements in compliance with Ind AS Conduct budget vs. actual variance analysis Review and report on cash flows to management Ensure timely month-end closures with necessary journal entries and reconciliations Prepare management MIS reports and annual Notes to Accounts Perform ledger scrutiny and review statutory returns (RBI, GST, etc.) Handle statutory, tax, and GST audits, including ITR-6 filings Address assessment queries from tax authorities Finalise key month-end activities (Lease ROU, interest, mutual fund gains, etc.) Lead and manage the finance team with a focus on accuracy and compliance Role: Finance Manager Industry Type: Accounting / Auditing Department: Finance & Accounting Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent Role Category: Finance Education UG: B.Com in Any Specialization PG: CA in Pursuing Key Skills Skills highlighted with ‘‘ are preferred keyskills MIS ReportingInd AsAuditing
