We uphold complete transparency and fair service standards. This policy outlines our refund rules, cancellation conditions, and revision guarantees across all our offerings.

1. Professional Resume Writing & LinkedIn Makeover Services

100% Satisfaction & Revision Window: All professional resume writing and LinkedIn makeover packages include free revisions within 14 days of delivering your initial draft to ensure the document meets your career expectations and industry standards.
Delivery SLA Guarantee: If our dedicated resume writers fail to deliver your first draft within the promised delivery window (standard 48 hours or express 24 hours) without prior communication, you are entitled to a full 100% refund or free priority service upgrade.
Cancellation Before Work Commences: If you cancel your order within 2 hours of payment before a writer has begun drafting your profile, you will receive a full 100% refund.
Post-Draft Delivery: Because resume writing is a custom, human-labor intensive intellectual service, once draft customization has begun or a draft has been delivered, full cancellation is not applicable. However, if after revision rounds the quality does not match your intake specifications, our Senior Editorial Board will review your case for a pro-rata refund or senior writer reassignment.

2. 1-on-1 Interview Preparation & Career Counselling

Rescheduling: You may reschedule any 1-on-1 mock interview or career guidance session free of charge up to 12 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.
Coach Unavailability / Technical Fault: If a TrueCV mentor is unable to attend the scheduled session or platform technical issues prevent completion, you will receive an immediate priority reschedule or a 100% full refund at your choice.
No-Show Policy: If a candidate misses a session without 12-hour prior notice, one complimentary reschedule is granted within 7 days; subsequent missed sessions are non-refundable.

3. AI Resume Builder & Instant ATS Score Tools

Free Features: Basic ATS score analysis and standard template creation are free of charge.
Premium Downloads & Credits: If you purchase premium downloads or credits and experience a system error where your file is corrupted, not generated, or improperly formatted by our AI parser, our technical team will rectify the issue immediately or issue an instant refund/credit reversal.

4. Employer Commitment-Based Hiring Platform

Zero-Risk Pay-on-Acceptance: TrueCV operates on a zero-ghosting, commitment-based model. Employers post job vacancies for free and are only billed when a pre-screened, verified candidate officially accepts an offer letter.
Candidate Non-Joining / Drop-out Guarantee: If an offer-accepted candidate rescinds their acceptance or fails to report on their scheduled joining date, 100% of the hiring credits/fee are immediately credited back to the employer’s account or refunded upon request.

5. Background Verification & Candidate Screening

For digital verification (ID, employment, criminal check) performed through partner agencies and government APIs: If a check fails to process due to server downtime or unresolvable technical reasons, the full fee is refunded within 24 hours.
Verification reports delivered and completed per official records are non-refundable once the background check dossier is submitted to the requester.

6. Refund Request Procedure & Timelines

To request a cancellation or refund, please email our support team at support@truecv.com or info@truecv.com with your Order ID, registered email, and a brief description of the issue.

Review Timeline: All refund requests are reviewed and responded to within 24 to 48 business hours.
Payout Timeline: Approved refunds are processed automatically back to the original payment source (Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI, or Wallet) and typically reflect in your bank account within 5 to 7 business days.
