1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to TrueCV, operated by VLS Technology Pvt. Ltd. (“TrueCV”, “we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website (www.truecv.com), mobile applications, candidate tools, employer portals, and all related services. By using TrueCV, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

2. Services Provided

For Candidates & Job Seekers: TrueCV provides career acceleration services including certified ATS resume writing, LinkedIn profile makeovers, 1-on-1 interview preparation coaching, career counselling, AI resume building, and ATS score analysis.

For Employers & Recruiters: TrueCV provides India's 1st commitment-based hiring platform, featuring free job postings, candidate ID and background verification, and a pay-on-acceptance model designed to eliminate candidate ghosting.

While TrueCV provides expert tools and high-standard materials, hiring decisions rest solely with independent employers. TrueCV does not guarantee unconditional employment offers.

3. User Registration and Account Security

Users must provide accurate, current, and truthful credentials during registration. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and account security. TrueCV reserves the right to suspend accounts providing deceptive or fraudulent credentials.

4. Candidate Services & Revisions

ATS Resume Writing: Custom resume drafts are delivered by certified HR specialists within the promised turnaround window (48 hours standard / 24 hours express). Customers receive 14 days of free revisions to ensure alignment with their career objectives.
1-on-1 Interview Mentorship: Sessions can be scheduled and rescheduled free of charge up to 12 hours prior to the call.
AI Resume Builder: Candidates can build, format, and export professional resumes using our online builder and curated templates.

5. Employer Portal & Commitment Hiring Terms

Free Job Postings: Employers can post vacancies and receive pre-screened applications without upfront listing charges.
Pay-on-Acceptance: Placement fees or hiring credits are billed only when a candidate officially signs or accepts the offer letter.
Joining Guarantee: If an accepted candidate fails to join on their scheduled start date, 100% of the hiring credits/fee are refunded or credited back to the employer's wallet.

6. Payments, Cancellations & Refunds

All transactions are securely processed via certified PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. Service fees and refund eligibility follow our transparent Refund Policy. All cancellation and refund requests should be directed to support@truecv.com.

7. Intellectual Property

All site software, algorithms, branding, logos, and UI designs are the proprietary intellectual property of VLS Technology Pvt. Ltd. You may not copy, scrape, or distribute our proprietary code or content without explicit written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrueCV and VLS Technology Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from third-party hiring decisions. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for the specific service in dispute.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ambala, Haryana, India.
