Windows Server Administrator

Job description We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled Windows Server Administrator with 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience. The ideal candidate should have strong foundational knowledge in Windows Server environments, Active Directory, virtualization platforms, system monitoring, and backup management. Role & responsibilities Install and rebuild servers; configure hardware, peripherals, services, settings, directories, and storage. Administer and support Windows Server 2016, 2019, and 2022. Monitor system health, review system and application logs, and schedule jobs. Perform backup and recovery tasks using tools like NetBackup, Veeam, or Bacula. Work with NAS storage systems such as NetApp or EMC for basic storage operations. Apply patches and updates using BigFix or equivalent patch management tools. Support virtualization platforms like VMware, Hyper-V, or Nutanixincluding VM creation and snapshot management. Manage user accounts and perform basic tasks in Active Directory.
