Job description Position: Project Coordinator Location: Chennai Qualification: B.E, DME JD for Project Co-ordination. Coordination with internal Department (accounts, design, sales, production and quality) Coordination with installation team. Arranging Manpower for installation & commissioning of projects Coordination with client -regarding payment, production, dispatch, design related issues. Solving query between installation team & Client Scheduling the project from Start to end Entering all handover report in CRM Preparing work order release of production department. Internal Purchase order release to purchase department. Follow up & Collect payment from Clients. Taking drawing approval from clients. Resolving of troubleshoot for each and every project if required. Acting as a single point contact for Project Coordination team.
