Skills and Qualifications: - Strong analytical and business planning skills. - Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. - Excellent communication and customer service abilities. - Experience in real estate sales. - Demonstrated ability to build and sustain client relationships. - Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field. - Knowledge of the real estate industry is a must.
