Product Designer

Job description Responsibilities Design user-centric interfaces and workflows that align with business goals and industrial product needs. Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers from concept to execution. Contribute to Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and Product Strategy discussions. Create and maintain high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and interactive flows using Figma . Implement and manage Figma Auto-layouts for scalable and consistent design systems. Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and usability testing. Translate complex industrial workflows into intuitive product experiences. Requirements 1-3 years of hands-on experience as a Product Designer in the industrial/manufacturing tech domain . Strong understanding of product management principles and involvement in product strategy or PRD creation . Expertise in Figma , including mastery of Auto-layout and design systems. Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and responsive layouts. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Bachelors degree in Design, HCI, Engineering, or related field preferred. Good to Have Familiarity with Agile methodologies and cross-functional team workflows. Understanding of front-end development basics (HTML/CSS/React is a plus). Portfolio showcasing relevant product design work, preferably in the industrial domain.
