Product Analyst

Job description The Product Analyst will support the product management team in driving the success of our products. This role involves analyzing market trends, customer feedback, and product performance data to provide actionable insights. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for technology and product development. Key Responsibilities: Data Analysis: Analyze product performance data, user behavior, and market trends to identify opportunities for product improvement. Market Research: Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor strategies, and industry trends. Customer Insights: Gather and interpret customer feedback from various sources, including surveys, user testing, and support tickets. Reporting: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key product metrics and KPIs. Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, designers, and other stakeholders to support product development and improvement initiatives. Requirements Gathering: Assist in defining product requirements and creating detailed specifications for new features and enhancements. Product Roadmap: Contribute to the development and maintenance of the product roadmap by providing data-driven recommendations. Testing: Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure new features and products meet business and customer requirements. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of product features, specifications, and analytics processes. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor s degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field. A Master s degree is a plus. Experience: 2 years of experience in a product analyst or similar role. Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, or similar). Experience with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies is a plus. Personal Attributes: Curiosity and a passion for learning. Ability to think critically and creatively.
