Job description Provide technical support for products for both internal & external customers Provide proposal and technical data sheets Coordinate between outer customer and inter customer Troubleshoot customer issues, ensuring timely resolution. Provide information about products, services, deliveries Escalate issues to the appropriate internal teams when necessary. Offer proactive support by identifying and suggesting possible improvements to customer experience. Extensively travelling Pan India. Should have minimum 2 years experience in Optical Fiber passive product, Optical Fiber Cables, work with Optical Fiber joint closer , FMS, FTTH, etc, Candidate prefer from Telecom Industry Airtel, Jio, Vodafone , Tata .
