Job description About the Role We are seeking a skilled and motivated Software Developer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with strong hands-on experience in Java, JavaScript, Python, and PostgreSQL, along with a keen understanding of CI/CD practices, automation, and AI-assisted development tools. Youll be building scalable backend and web solutions, optimizing database performance, and automating workflows using tools like n8n and GitHub Copilot. What Youll Be Doing Design, build, and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices using Java (Spring Boot), JavaScript (Node.js, React), and Python. Develop scalable and maintainable web and backend systems with performance and security in mind. Design efficient PostgreSQL schemas, indexes, and queries for high-performance data operations. Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins. Use n8n to automate workflows, internal tools, system integrations, and data synchronization. Leverage AI tools like GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT to accelerate development, improve documentation, and streamline testing. Ensure secure application development using OAuth2, JWT, and best practices for API design. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, UX Designers, and DevOps Engineers. Participate in the entire SDLC: requirement gathering, design, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize across frontend and backend environments. Required Skills and Experience Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field Proficiency in Java (preferably with Spring Boot or similar frameworks). Strong hands-on experience in JavaScript (Node.js, React.js, Angular). Solid knowledge of Python for backend scripting or automation. Deep understanding of PostgreSQL (schema design, optimization, indexing). Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines. Familiarity with Docker; Kubernetes knowledge is a plus. Experience with Git and Agile/Scrum development methodologies. Understanding of REST APIs, secure coding practices, and API authentication (OAuth2, JWT). Bonus Points For Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform. Exposure to message brokers such as Kafka or RabbitMQ. Hands-on use of AI-assisted development tools like GitHub Copilot or GPT. Workflow automation experience with n8n or similar tools. Soft Skills We Value Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
