What You Will Do Lead and develop a high-performing mobile engineering team to design, build, and maintain Android and iOS applications. Lead architecture and design discussions while advocating for best practices in mobile development. Oversee the entire mobile development lifecycle, from concept through delivery and maintenance. Work closely with product managers, designers, and engineering teams to deliver exceptional mobile solutions and improvements Implement best practices in mobile development and ensure adherence to coding standards. Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior engineers to foster technical growth. Manage project timelines, scope, and resources, ensuring successful and timely delivery of mobile projects. Foster a collaborative and innovative culture within the team, providing mentorship and professional development opportunities to team members. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously improve our mobile offerings. Maintain a strong focus on user experience and work closely with UX/UI teams to ensure design and functionality align with user needs.
