Business Development Executive

Job description We're looking for a dynamic, driven Business Development Executive to be the face of Thinkhome.in in building new partnerships with renowned interior and building material brands. The ideal candidate will not only lead outreach and onboarding efforts but also oversee the internal sales and data entry teams, while contributing directly to growth strategies and go-to-market planning. Key Responsibilities: Identify, pitch, and onboard new brands onto Thinkhome.ins web and app platform. Build and nurture long-term partnerships with manufacturers, suppliers, and distributors. Collaborate with leadership to craft and execute growth strategies. Supervise and coordinate daily operations of the sales and data entry teams to ensure smooth execution and timely updates. Represent Thinkhome.in at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events. Maintain performance metrics and provide regular progress reports. Requirements: Proven track record in business development, preferably in tech platforms, B2B services, or the interior/design ecosystem. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Team management experience is essential. Strategic mindset with the ability to convert insights into action.
