Core Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that integrate paid, organic, and technical solutions Lead and optimise campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Messenger) and Google Ads Drive SEO strategies that deliver measurable organic growth Create compelling visual content through graphic design and persuasive copywriting Implement marketing automation and AI-powered solutions to scale operations Manage and mentor a team of marketing specialists, fostering innovation and excellence Build and optimise marketing technology stacks, including CRM integrations and API/webhook implementations Analyse complex data sets to identify opportunities and solve challenging marketing problems Develop project management frameworks that ensure efficient delivery of multi-channel campaigns Essential Requirements: Demonstrated expertise in Meta advertising, Google Ads, and SEO strategy Strong graphic design and copywriting capabilities Proven experience in marketing strategy development and execution Track record of successful team leadership and development Experience leveraging AI tools and marketing automation platforms Project management expertise with ability to juggle multiple complex initiatives Critical thinking skills with a solutions-focused approach Ability to work independently and make strategic decisions Highly Valued Skills: CRM platform expertise (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) Technical knowledge of webhooks, APIs, and marketing integrations Social media management and paid social advertising across emerging platforms Advanced data analysis and reporting capabilities Academic background demonstrating research and analytical skills (PhD or equivalent valued) What Sets You Apart: We're looking for thinkers, not just doers.
