Job description 5+ years of hands-on experience in performance testing and engineering. Develop, maintain, and execute automated performance test scripts using tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, NeoLoad, Gatling, or similar. Conduct capacity planning and workload modeling to simulate real-world user traffic. Strong understanding of system architecture, networking concepts, and database performance tuning. Analyze performance test results and provide detailed reports with bottleneck identification and tuning recommendations. Analyze performance test results, identify bottlenecks, and provide actionable recommendations to improve system performance. Monitor and analyze system performance metrics using monitoring tools like Dynatrace, AppDynamics, New Relic, AppDynamics, Grafana, Prometheus, Splunk, etc. Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerized applications (Docker, Kubernetes). Solid understanding of HTTP, WebSockets, RESTful APIs, Microservices Architecture. Strong understanding and experience in analyzing logs. Hands-on experience on using Linux Severs and Database. Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and working in DevOps environments. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and performance testing integration in tools like Jenkins, GitLab, or Bamboo.
