Job description Job Title: Inside Sales Executive Location: Noida Department: Sales Reports To: Sales Manager / Inside Sales Lead Job Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have excellent sales and communication skills, with the ability to engage prospects, understand customer needs, and close deals efficiently. Knowledge of additional languages will be considered a strong advantage. Key Responsibilities: Engage with potential customers via phone, email, and chat to understand their needs and offer appropriate solutions. Generate and qualify leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert them into sales opportunities. Maintain a strong understanding of company products/services to effectively communicate value propositions. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system. Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to refine lead generation and conversion strategies. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business. Key Requirements: Proven experience in inside sales, tele-sales, or a similar role. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong persuasion and closing abilities. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus. Ability to speak multiple languages is an added advantage. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
