Graphic Designer

Job description About the Role: We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 3 to 5 years of professional experience in print and digital design. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of design software such as CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop and AI Tools, and a creative flair for developing high-quality marketing and branding materials. Key Responsibilities: Design visually compelling marketing materials including brochures, flyers, posters, banners, logos, infographics, and print media. Perform photo editing and retouching to enhance visual assets. Collaborate with marketing, product, and other cross-functional teams to understand project goals and deliver impactful designs on time. Maintain consistency with brand guidelines and ensure all designs are polished and error-free. Stay current with design trends and emerging tools to keep the design language modern and effective. Conduct basic research to understand audience preferences and apply insights to design solutions. Desired Candidate Profile: 3 to 5 years of proven graphic design experience in a professional setting. Proficiency in CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, AI Tools (knowledge of additional tools is a plus). Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles. Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines. Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with internal teams and external stakeholders. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field. Experience in branding, print production, or marketing-focused design projects. Basic knowledge of UI/UX design or video editing is a bonus.
