Regional Human Resource Officer

Job description Role & responsibilities Experience: 3 - 5 years in HR (preferably in BFSI/NBFC sector) Job Summary: As a Regional HR, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end HR recruitment across multiple branches within your designated region. Key Responsibilities: 1. Talent Acquisition Drive recruitment across regional branches in coordination with central TA team Ensure timely onboarding and induction of new hires Maintain manpower planning and headcount targets as per business requirements 2. Employee Relations Resolve employee grievances in compliance with labor laws and company policies Conduct regular branch visits and HR audits 3. Performance Management Support implementation of PMS cycles (goal setting, mid-year, annual reviews) Coach managers on performance improvement plans and employee feedback 4.
