Tele Collection Executive

Job description Roles and Responsibilities Manage loan collection process from start to finish, ensuring timely recovery of outstanding debts. Identify potential issues and develop strategies to resolve them effectively. Communicate with customers via phone calls, emails, and SMS/WhatsApp messages to collect payments. Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using our CRM system. Meet daily targets set by management while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Desired Candidate Profile 1-5 years of experience in tele collection or related field (debt recovery, collections). Strong knowledge of loan collection processes and regulations. Excellent communication skills for effective customer interaction over phone calls/email/SMS/WhatsApp. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting productivity targets.
