Influencer Talent Executive

Job description Job overview: AgentC is hiring an Senior Influencer Talent Executive to manage and grow our network of social media influencers. Youll be responsible for onboarding new talent, managing exclusive creators, and driving end-to-end execution of brand campaigns. This role is perfect for someone who understands social media trends, builds strong relationships, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Discover and connect with influencers on platforms like Instagram and YouTube. Onboard new creators and manage exclusive talent relationships. Act as the main point of contact for influencers and brands. Bring in and execute brand campaigns from start to finish. Manage end-to-end campaign execution including coordination, approvals, timelines, and delivery. Negotiate contracts, deliverables, and payment terms. Guide influencers on content strategy and campaign expectations. Track campaign performance and provide actionable insights. Collaborate with internal teams to match influencers with the right opportunities. Requirements: 1-2 years of relevant experience in influencer marketing or talent management. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Familiarity with social media platforms and creator trends. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Basic understanding of campaign analytics and reporting tools. Background in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
