Site Supervisor

Job description Duties & Responsibilities Ensure construction work meets design specifications and quality standards. Conduct inspections and tests as per project requirements. Report defects or non-conformities and ensure corrective actions are taken Oversee day-to-day construction activities on-site. Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and workers to ensure tasks are completed efficiently. Ensure resources (manpower, materials, equipment) are available and utilized effectively. Enforce safety protocols and regulations. Act as a liaison between field workers and project management. Coordinate with suppliers and contractors for timely delivery of materials. Monitor inventory and requisition materials as needed. Preferred candidate profile Diploma in Civil Engineering Strong knowledge of construction methods and project management. Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with software like AutoCAD, MS Project, or project management tools is a plus. Willingness to travel PAN India, as per the project requirements.
