Not Disclosed by Recruiter Kanpur Login to Apply Apply without Registration Posted: Few Hours AgoOpenings: 1Job Applicants: 12Job Views: 68 Job Description Role & responsibilities Hands on Mechanical work experience in maintenance of plant machineries includes CNC,PLC,SPM Automated machining lines, conveyors and conventional machines, robots etc. Strong knowledge of Mechanical drawing, various machine elements like guideways, spindle, tool & work changers, mechanical drives etc. Must be hands on in fault diagnosis and troubleshooting of pneumatics and hydraulic machineries, spindle and other machine assemblies. Must have very good experience in lubrication of machines. Good hands-on Experience in predictive and Preventive maintenance of a manufacturing plant machineries. Sound knowledge of Data needs to collect in daily basis to analyse the machine problem, resolve and prevent in future. Awareness of ISO, OHSAS System, Maintenance Management system, and key Maintenance KPIs like Availability, MTBF/MTTR etc. Knowledge of TPM. Active participation in Kaizens, 5S , continual improvement activities, cost saving projects etc. Preferred candidate profile EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: Must: Diploma In Mechanical Engg. with 8-10 Year Experience in machine maintenance. or Engineering degree with 5-7 years of experience in machine maintenance. Desirable Computer proficiency Specilisation in Maintenance Engineering. Experience in defence/explosives manufacturing plant. Relevant EXPERIENCE: Must: Hands on experience in maintenance of plant machineries Hand in daily maintenance and PM of plant machineries Hands on inspection and troubleshooting of Pneumatic and hydraulics based machines and automation lines Good knowledge of machine lubrication, bearings, guideways, ball screw mechanical drives etc. Should have experience in maintenance of Pneumatic operated machines. Should know about basics of electrical elements in a machine Good in spare parts management.
